  • International: 25 to 30 working days

  • Local (UK): 3 to 5 working days

Important Notes

  • Delivery time may extend due to high order volume or stock unavailability.

  • All customs duties, VAT, and import charges for international orders are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Cross-border shipments may be opened and inspected by customs authorities.

  • If a parcel is held by customs in the destination country, the customer is responsible for providing any required documentation.

  • FIORA LONDON LTD is not liable to refund any order delayed, held, or rejected by customs authorities.

United States Customs Update (Effective August 29, 2025)

The U.S. Customs regulations have changed:

  • The De Minimis exemption ($800 duty-free allowance) has been removed.

  • All shipments to the U.S. are now subject to duties and taxes under the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS).

  • Every shipment must undergo mandatory customs clearance, which may impact delivery timelines.

Customer Responsibility

  • All import duties, customs taxes, brokerage fees, and clearance charges must be paid by the customer.

  • These charges are not included in product or shipping prices.

  • The courier (DHL, FedEx, Skynet, UPS, etc.) will collect duties/taxes before or at delivery.

  • If the customer refuses to pay customs charges:

    • The parcel may be returned or abandoned.

    • Shipping charges, customs duties, and product costs are non-refundable.
